Did you know the key to reducing stress is as easy as breathing? Diaphragmatic breathing, that is.

I am not a health professional!

But I am a lifetime learner.

Despite popular belief, committing to something and seeing it through does not equate to success. Especially not the success you think you should be seeing, more often than not.

No, many times you see something through, and it’s hindsight that shows you all of the flaws with your original logic or approach. I mean, name that ex that just popped into your head, the one that everyone told you to get away from.

I’ve spent all of my life thinking I was supposed to be wired differently. Why couldn’t I just fall in line and do what everyone else was doing?

Once upon a time, I worked in a restaurant. Well, really the majority of my life I worked in restaurants until I stopped working for someone else altogether.
